Yay! More Yin! After several requests to add another Yin class to the schedule, Studio Mantra is happy to announce that this wish has been granted!  Yin Yoga emphasizes long holds of poses resulting in very passive stretches of the deeper connective tissues. Through Yin Yoga, joints become stronger, improving flexibility. The class is accessible to all levels of students! Join Katie on Tuesdays at 10:45am, and come back on Wednesday for Janice's Yin class at 12:00pm!
